Ethics in Real Estate Advertising (Course #4065).
Ethics in Real Estate Advertising is a four-hour continuing education course approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and also meets the 2.5 hour requirements of the National Association of Realtors for ethics.
In this course, attendees will do an in depth study of the Code of Ethics including the Preamble, and eight different articles and standards of practice.
Along with that, attendees will be able to compare and contrast the Code of Ethics and the rules of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
Inside this course are tips and tricks for licensees to use to make their marketing compliant with both NAR and NCREC rules.
Prior to the start of class, your required course materials will be sent to the email address used to enroll.
**North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance requirements apply to this course. Attendance will be strictly monitored. A smart device, tablet, laptop, or desktop with working internet, camera, and audio are required.
