2025-2026 GENERAL UPDATE COURSE must be completed between July 1, 2025 and June 10, 2026. Note: *If you are a BIC or BIC Eligible and you take this GENUP course, you will lose your BIC or BIC Eligible status. (You will receive 4 Update credit hours). BIC and BIC Eligible should take the Broker In-Charge Update Course (BICUP), along with a 4-hour elective.    

**North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance requirements apply to this course. Attendance will be strictly monitored. A smart device, tablet, laptop, or desktop with working internet, camera, and audio are required.
